We do not collect any personal information. AlarmTune operates entirely on your device. The following data is stored locally on your device only:

• Alarm settings (time, label, volume, sound, category)
• User preferences (default volume, snooze settings)

This data is never sent to our servers or shared with any third parties.

Contact Support Feature

When you use the "Contact Support" feature within the app, you may voluntarily provide:

• Your name
• Your email address
• A feedback topic
• Your message content

This information is sent to our support team via a secure third-party service (Cloudflare Workers) and is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use this information for marketing purposes or share it with third parties.

Data Storage and Security

• All alarm data is stored locally using Apple's CoreData framework on your device
• We use industry-standard security practices for any data transmitted via the Contact Support feature
• Data transmitted through Contact Support is encrypted in transit using HTTPS

Third-Party Services

AlarmTune uses the following third-party services:

• Apple Notifications: Used to deliver alarm notifications. Apple's privacy policy applies.
• Cloudflare Workers: Used for the Contact Support feedback submission feature only. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to data in transit.

We do not use any analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking tools.

Permissions

AlarmTune requests the following permissions:

• Notifications: Required to deliver alarm alerts at scheduled times. Without this permission, alarms will not fire.
• Background Audio: Required to play alarm sounds when the app is in the background or the device is locked.

Both permissions are essential for the core functionality of the app and are not used for any other purpose.

Children's Privacy

AlarmTune does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data, our app is safe for users of all ages.

Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data retention concern. Your alarm data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

Your Rights

Because AlarmTune does not collect personal data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete from our servers. All your data is under your direct control on your device.
