1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Budge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Budge is a budget tracking application that helps you log expenses, monitor spending trends, and manage your monthly budget. The App offers both free and Pro subscription features.

3. Subscriptions

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

4. Pro Features

A Budge Pro subscription unlocks the following features:

• Custom categories (unlimited)
• Category budget limits
• AI deep insights
• Siri Shortcuts integration
• Advanced widgets (Home Screen + Lock Screen)
• Biometric lock (Face ID / Touch ID)

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find Budge and tap "Cancel Subscription"

After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple Support at https://support.apple.com/requests.

7. User Data

All financial data you enter into Budge is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync, data is encrypted and stored in your iCloud account. We do not have access to your financial data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on the App's insights or data. The App is a tracking tool, not financial advice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
