How do I get started?

Download Clear Mornings from the App Store and follow the short onboarding. Set the time of your last drink, and your streak starts counting to the second. Check in every morning — sober, slip, or skip — and the app does the rest.

I slipped. Does my progress reset to zero?

No. Use Brave Restart to start a new streak while keeping your history, insights, and milestones. Slips are part of recovery — the app never shames you for them.

Can I fix a past day I forgot to check in?

Yes. Fix Anything lets you edit any historical day, and every change is recorded in a full audit log so you can always see what changed and when.

What is Morn?

Morn is your optional AI companion for craving support and weekly reflections. Light features work offline on-device. Deep chats work out of the box — free users get 3 deep chats per week, Clear+ subscribers get unlimited. You can also bring your own GLM (Z.ai) API key in Settings → AI Engine; the key is stored only in your device's Keychain.

How do I export or delete my data?

Go to Settings → Data to export everything as JSON or CSV. To delete your data entirely, simply delete the app. There is no server-side account holding your information — sync happens privately through your own iCloud.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. All core tracking features — check-ins, streak, calendar, savings, SOS — work fully offline. iCloud sync and deep AI chats are the only things that need a connection.

Is the widget supported?

Yes. Add the Clear Mornings widget to your Home Screen or Lock Screen to mark yourself clear with one tap — no need to open the app.

What does Clear+ include?

Clear+ unlocks unlimited deep AI chats with Morn, the Recovery Mirror photo timeline, multiple journeys, Face ID lock, and dawn themes. Everything else in the app is free forever.

How much does it cost?

Clear+ Monthly is $4.99/month. Clear+ Yearly is $29.99/year with a 7-day free trial. A one-time "BYO Key Unlock" ($14.99) is also available if you prefer to use your own GLM API key.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel at any time:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find Clear Mornings and tap it
5. Choose "Cancel Subscription" or change your plan

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Clear Mornings, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". You can also tap the crown icon on the Today screen to reach the paywall and restore there.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can continue using premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you revert to the free tier — your streak, history, and exports are never lost.
