Privacy Policy for DateSpark

Last updated: May 4, 2026

Information We Collect

DateSpark does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. All your data — including favorite topics, session history, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

Subscription Data

When you subscribe to DateSpark Premium, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Subscription status is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework.

Feedback Data

If you choose to contact us through the in-app support form, the information you provide (name, email, message) is sent to our support team for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. This data is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.

Analytics

DateSpark does not use any third-party analytics services. We do not track your usage patterns, device information, or any other analytics data.

Children's Privacy

DateSpark is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data. Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data. Feedback messages sent through the support form are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data. You can delete your favorites, session history, and any other locally stored data at any time by using the app's features or by uninstalling the app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
