By downloading and using Focuz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Focuz is a visual habit tracking application designed with ADHD-friendly features including elastic scoring, time visualization, and flexible frequency options. The App offers a free tier (up to 5 habits) and a one-time Pro unlock purchase.

3. In-App Purchases

Focuz Pro is available as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase priced at $9.99 USD (pricing may vary by region). This purchase unlocks unlimited habits, advanced widgets, Live Activity, and additional features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.

4. User Data

All habit data is stored locally on your device. Optional iCloud sync uses your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. The App is a tool for personal habit tracking and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
