Information We Collect

None. DepositRadar does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. The App Store privacy label for this app reads "Data Not Collected."

Your Photos and Rental Data

• All photos, rental files, letters and exports are stored only on your device, in the app's private sandbox.
• The app contains no cloud storage and no sync. Deleting the app deletes your data permanently — keep your exported Evidence Pack and Manifest copies safe.
• Photos are sealed with a SHA-256 fingerprint computed on your device. This fingerprint is included in exports you choose to make, so any third party can verify the evidence.

Permissions

• Camera — used only when you capture evidence photos. Photos stay on-device.
• Location (optional) — used once, only to suggest your state so the correct deadline rules apply. You can decline and pick your state manually. Location is never attached to photos unless the permission is granted, and it is never transmitted.
• Notifications (optional) — used only for the deadline reminders you see listed in the app.

Purchases

The optional Lifetime Unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, payment details or Apple ID. Purchase records live on your device via Apple's StoreKit; "Restore Purchases" in the app talks only to Apple.

Contact Support Feature

If you voluntarily send feedback through the in-app Contact Support page, we receive the name, email and message you provide, and use them only to reply. This is the only feature that transmits data over the network, and only when you tap Submit. Everything else in the app works fully offline.

Children

DepositRadar does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13, because it collects no data at all.

Changes to This Policy

If a future version ever changes this, the App Store privacy label and this page will be updated before release.
