Information We Collect

GridLens is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary for app functionality:

• Camera Access: Used solely for AR ground grid overlay display. No camera images or video are stored or transmitted.
• Location Data: Used only when you capture a screenshot to tag it with GPS coordinates. Location data is stored only in the saved photo on your device and is never transmitted to us.
• Photo Library Access: Used only to save screenshots you capture. We do not access, read, or transmit any existing photos.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal information
• We do not collect usage analytics
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not track your location beyond screenshot tagging
• We do not store any data on external servers

Subscriptions

GridLens offers in-app subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store. Payment and subscription management are handled by Apple. We receive only a transaction ID and product ID — no payment card details.

Data Storage

All app data (grid presets, settings) is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. No data is transmitted to any server.

Children's Privacy

GridLens does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
