• Care Data: Medication schedules, shift schedules, mood logs, handoff reports, and emergency events.
• Device Data: Location data (only when you trigger an emergency SOS), notification preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and improve the KindRing care coordination service
• Send medication and shift reminders you have requested
• Alert emergency contacts when you trigger an SOS
• Sync care data across your care circle members' devices

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage. When CloudKit sync is enabled, data is encrypted and stored in your private iCloud container. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Care data is shared only with members of your care circle according to the permissions you configure.

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time
• Opt out of notifications and data synchronization

KindRing is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
