• You must not use the app for any illegal purpose
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must not share access to your care circle with unauthorized individuals

KindRing is a coordination tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions. Medication reminders are informational only and should not replace professional medical guidance.

5. Emergency Feature Disclaimer

The emergency SOS feature is a supplementary tool and should not be relied upon as your sole means of emergency communication. Always call emergency services (911) directly in life-threatening situations. We do not guarantee the availability or reliability of the SOS feature.

Your use of KindRing is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KindRing and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
