By downloading and using PantrySync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

PantrySync is a kitchen inventory management application that helps you track pantry items, manage grocery lists, store recipes, plan meals, and monitor nutrition.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Payments

PantrySync offers monthly ($4.99/mo), yearly ($29.99/yr), and lifetime ($79.99) subscription plans
Monthly and yearly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the app. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
Reverse engineer or modify the app

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PantrySync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional information, expiration tracking, or barcode lookup results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
