QuoteSnap does not collect any personal information automatically. We do not use analytics tracking, advertising, or third-party data collection services.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the purpose of creating, managing, and sharing quotes and invoices within the app. Specifically:

• Storing client and business information locally on your device
• Generating professional quotes and invoices
• Exporting and sharing documents via email, Messages, or AirDrop

Data Storage

Local Storage

By default, all your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable CloudKit sync in Settings (QuoteSnap Pro feature), your data will be encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account. This data is accessible only through your Apple ID and is not accessible to us.

Third-Party Services

QuoteSnap does not share your data with any third parties. The app uses the following Apple services:

• StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases (subject to Apple's privacy policy)
• CloudKit: For optional iCloud sync (subject to Apple's privacy policy)
• Share Sheet: For sharing quotes via email, Messages, or other apps (you control what is shared)

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. All data stored locally on your device is protected by iOS security features. iCloud-synced data is encrypted using Apple's CloudKit encryption.

Children's Privacy

QuoteSnap is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
