1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using RecoveryRadar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RecoveryRadar is a muscle recovery tracking application that reads workout data from Apple HealthKit, calculates muscle recovery status using scientific algorithms, and provides visual recovery insights through an interactive body heat map.

3. Subscription Terms

RecoveryRadar offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: $3.99/month — auto-renewable
• Yearly Subscription: $24.99/year (includes 7-day free trial) — auto-renewable
• Lifetime Purchase: $39.99 one-time payment — non-consumable, no renewal

Auto-Renewal Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• The subscription will renew at the same price and for the same duration as the original subscription (monthly or yearly).
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

4. Free Trial

A 7-day free trial is available with the yearly subscription. During the trial period, you will have full access to all Pro features at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the yearly subscription price of $24.99. You will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find RecoveryRadar and tap it
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

7. Health Data Disclaimer

RecoveryRadar provides muscle recovery estimates based on workout data and scientific algorithms. This information is for reference only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making decisions about your training or health.

8. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Data Privacy

All data is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
