RigKit is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services:

• Business Information: Name, email, phone, and address you provide during onboarding
• Client Data: Client names, contact details, and job information you create
• Financial Data: Quote and invoice amounts, line items, and tax rates

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account via CloudKit. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
• We do not track your location
• We do not access your contacts
• We do not collect analytics or usage data
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies

Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store via StoreKit. We do not collect or store any payment card information. Refer to Apple's privacy policy for payment-related data handling.

Feedback

If you use the Contact Support feature, your feedback message and email (if provided) are sent to us via Formspree. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the app from your device. This will permanently remove all locally stored data. iCloud data can be managed through your iCloud settings.

Children's Privacy

RigKit is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
