Information We Collect

RouteSnap is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

• Job and Client Data: All job scheduling data, client information, and income records are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, this data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account.
• Location Data: RouteSnap requests access to your location only to display your current position on the map and calculate driving directions. Location data is never stored on our servers or shared with third parties.
• Purchase Information: Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your full payment details. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the RouteSnap app functionality
• To process subscription payments through Apple
• To respond to support requests you submit through the app

Data Storage

All your personal data (jobs, clients, income records) is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's secure CloudKit infrastructure. We do not have access to your synced data.

Third-Party Services

RouteSnap uses the following third-party services:

• Apple MapKit: For map display and navigation. Apple's privacy policy applies.
• Apple StoreKit: For subscription management. Apple's privacy policy applies.
• Apple CloudKit: For optional iCloud sync. Apple's privacy policy applies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating the app (Apple services), who agree to keep this information confidential.

Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. iCloud synced data remains in your iCloud account until you delete it.

Children's Privacy

RouteSnap is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data stored in the app
• Delete any data at any time within the app
• Disable iCloud sync at any time
• Manage or cancel your subscription through Apple Settings
