Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content

Scrollit maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. This includes but is not limited to:

Sexual content involving minors
Non-consensual intimate media
Hate speech and discrimination
Harassment and bullying
Threats of violence
Illegal content or activities

Any user who posts objectionable content will be immediately and permanently ejected from the platform.

1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using Scrollit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.

2. User-Generated Content

Scrollit displays content sourced from Reddit, a third-party platform. Content marked as NSFW (Not Safe For Work) is:

Available only to users who are logged into the app with a Reddit account
Clearly and visibly tagged with NSFW labels and blurred previews
Cannot be enabled or disabled within the Scrollit app — NSFW preferences must be managed through reddit.com/settings/feed

3. Content Reporting

Users can report objectionable content at any time using the Report button available on every post. We are committed to:

Reviewing all reports within 24 hours
Removing content that violates our policies
Ejecting users who provided offending content
Providing clear feedback to reporters

4. User Blocking

Users can block other users at any time. Blocked users' content will be hidden from your feed and comments.

5. Content Filtering

Scrollit provides keyword and subreddit-based content filtering tools to help you control what you see in your feed.

6. Subscription Terms

Scrollit offers auto-renewing subscriptions through Scrollit Pro:

Free Trial Terms

New subscribers are eligible for a free trial period
Monthly plan: 7 days free trial
Yearly plan: 1 month free trial
Your account will be charged at the end of the trial period unless cancelled
You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged

7. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Monthly subscription renews at $2.99/month
Yearly subscription renews at $19.99/year

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings:

Open Settings app → Tap your name
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find Scrollit and tap "Cancel Subscription"

9. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. For refund requests, contact Apple Support.

10. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the app. You must not use Scrollit to distribute, promote, or facilitate objectionable or illegal content. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
