SnapQuote is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our services.

Data You Provide

• Business Profile: Your business name, email, phone, and address that you enter for estimate generation.
• Client Information: Client names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses you add to estimates.
• Estimate Data: Project details, line items, pricing, notes, and signatures you create.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on our servers.
• We do not track your usage analytics.
• We do not collect device identifiers or location data.
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies.

How Your Data Is Stored

All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account via CloudKit. We never have access to your iCloud data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data remains on your device or in your personal iCloud account.

In-App Purchases

When you purchase SnapQuote Pro, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive a transaction receipt but do not collect or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to all payment processing.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data persists on your device until you delete the app or clear app data. Uninstalling SnapQuote removes all locally stored data. iCloud data can be managed through your iCloud settings.

Children's Privacy

SnapQuote is a business tool intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
