Sparkle ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect any personal data. Sparkle stores all your habit tracking data, buddy progress, and preferences exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party services.

3. Data Storage

• All habit data, check-in records, buddy progress, and settings are stored locally on your device
• We do not have access to, nor do we store, any of your personal information on external servers
• Data persists only on your device and is included in your iCloud/iTunes backups if enabled

4. Notifications

If you enable habit reminders, Sparkle uses iOS local notifications to send you reminders. These notifications are configured and managed entirely on your device. We do not send or manage push notifications from any server.

5. Third-Party Services

Sparkle does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. We do not use:

• Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase)
• Advertising networks
• Social media SDKs
• Crash reporting services

6. Children's Privacy

Sparkle is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, nor from any other users.

7. Data Deletion

To delete all your data, simply delete the Sparkle app from your device. All locally stored data will be permanently removed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
