By downloading and using SubDrop, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
SubDrop is a subscription tracking and management application for iOS. It allows you to track recurring subscriptions, receive renewal reminders, access cancellation links, and monitor your spending. The app does not connect to your bank account or financial institutions.
SubDrop offers a one-time in-app purchase called "Pro Unlock" for $4.99 USD. This is a non-consumable purchase, meaning it is unlocked permanently once purchased.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. This is a one-time purchase — there are no recurring charges and no subscription to cancel.
You can restore your Pro Unlock purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID by going to Settings > Restore Purchases within the app.
SubDrop offers a free tier that includes tracking up to 3 subscriptions, basic dashboard features, calendar view, renewal and trial reminders, savings dashboard, and 3 trial uses of Smart Add.
You retain all rights to data you enter into SubDrop. All data is stored locally on your device. Optional CloudKit sync stores data in your iCloud private database, which only you can access. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
You agree to use SubDrop only for its intended purpose — tracking and managing your personal subscriptions. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the app's functionality.
SubDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of exchange rates, cancellation URLs, or any third-party service information. Cancellation links point to third-party websites that are not controlled by SubDrop.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubDrop and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
