SubQuit is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

• Subscription Data: Information you voluntarily enter about your subscriptions (service names, prices, billing dates) is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account.
• Usage Data: We do not collect, track, or transmit your usage patterns or personal behavior data.
• Device Data: We do not collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or analytics data.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your subscription data is used solely to provide the app's core functionality:

• Display and manage your subscription list
• Calculate spending and savings
• Show cancellation guides
• Send billing reminders (with your permission)

3. Data Storage & Security

• All subscription data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• If you enable iCloud Sync, data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account using CloudKit. We do not have access to this data.
• No data is stored on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

SubQuit integrates with the following Apple services:

• StoreKit 2: For in-app purchases and subscription management. Apple's privacy policy applies.
• CloudKit: For optional iCloud sync. Data is encrypted and stored in your iCloud account.
• Notifications: For billing reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in Settings.

We do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal data with any third parties for any purpose whatsoever.

6. Children's Privacy

SubQuit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

• You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the app from your device.
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app's Settings.
• You can request data deletion by contacting us at the email below.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained on your device until you delete the app. iCloud-synced data is retained in your iCloud account until you delete it or disable sync.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
