Information We Collect

TripSync is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

• Trip Data: Your trip plans, itineraries, expenses, and packing lists are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, this data is stored in your personal iCloud account, which we cannot access.
• Purchase Information: When you subscribe to TripSync Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.
• Usage Analytics: We do not collect any usage analytics or tracking data.

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account. We do not maintain any servers that store your personal data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. When you share a trip with other users, only the trip data you explicitly choose to share is made available to those users through encrypted links.

Children's Privacy

TripSync does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove such information.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data. You can delete your data at any time by deleting trips within the app or uninstalling the app. Since we do not maintain servers with your data, deletion is immediate and permanent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
