By downloading and using XRate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the App.
XRate provides currency conversion functionality using publicly available exchange rate data. The App allows you to:
Exchange rate data is provided by third-party APIs and may not reflect real-time market rates. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange rate data. XRate should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.
XRate offers optional in-app purchases for Pro features:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

All content, design, and functionality of XRate are owned by zzoutuo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, zzoutuo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on exchange rate data.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
