How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings > Your Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, or Settings > Subscription in the Cove app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > tap Cove > Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
How does end-to-end encryption work?
Cove uses the Signal Protocol (X3DH + Double Ratchet) for direct messages. Only you and your recipient can read your messages — not even Cove can access them.
Is my voice data recorded?
No. Voice data is transmitted peer-to-peer via LiveKit's SFU architecture. We never store, record, or analyze voice conversations.
How do I restore purchases?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases in the Cove app.
What data does Cove collect?
Cove collects the minimum data necessary: your username, email (optional), and encrypted message metadata. We do not collect analytics, telemetry, or device information by default. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All subscriptions are managed through Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free trial: 7 days for new Plus subscribers. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
