By downloading and using Cove ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Cove is a privacy-focused voice and text communication platform that provides end-to-end encrypted messaging and voice rooms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cove. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Free Trial: New Plus subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your account will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions on your iOS device. Canceling stops auto-renewal but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple per the App Store policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
You agree not to use Cove to:
Your use of Cove is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Cove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
