Welcome to Glide. By downloading, installing, or using the Glide iOS application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
The App offers a one-time In-App Purchase called "Glide Plus Lifetime" for $2.99 (USD).
Product details:
Important: This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, no auto-renewal, and no hidden fees. Once purchased, Glide Plus is permanently unlocked for your Apple ID.
Restore purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use Settings → Restore Purchases to re-enable Glide Plus at no additional cost.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly: reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
The App is free to download and use with the following limitations:
All core habit-tracking features — including check-ins, momentum grid, reminders, and iCloud sync — are available in the free tier.
You are solely responsible for the habits, notes, and any other content you create in the App. You agree not to use the App to store any illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.
The App uses Apple's CloudKit framework for iCloud sync. Your data is stored in your private iCloud container and is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for any data loss or sync issues caused by iCloud service disruptions.
The App sends local notifications for habit reminders. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Glide → Notifications. We are not responsible for missed notifications due to iOS system settings, Do Not Disturb mode, or device battery management.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We recommend using the export feature (Glide Plus) and iCloud sync for data redundancy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (i.e., $2.99 for Glide Plus, or $0 if you only used the free tier).

We may release updates to the App from time to time through the App Store. Some features may require the latest version of the App. We are not obligated to provide any specific updates or continue supporting older iOS versions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate your license to use the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
