By downloading and using SafeCycle, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SafeCycle on your personal iOS devices. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.
You own all data you enter into SafeCycle. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, nor do we collect, any of your health data. You are responsible for backing up your data using the export feature.
SafeCycle is a health tracking tool, not a medical device. The cycle predictions and health insights provided are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
SAFECYCLE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT PREDICTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE.
In no event shall the developers of SafeCycle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on cycle predictions for medical decisions.
Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Key point: we collect zero data.
SafeCycle is intended for users of all ages. Since we collect no personal information, there are no age-related data concerns.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
