By downloading and using TripSync ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the App.
TripSync is a collaborative travel planning application that allows you to create itineraries, manage expenses, create packing lists, and make group decisions through polls. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.
Free Tier: You may create up to 2 trips with basic features at no cost.
TripSync Pro: Subscription options include Monthly ($2.99/month), Yearly ($19.99/year), and Lifetime ($49.99 one-time purchase). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
You retain all rights to content you create within the App. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share with other users does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You agree not to use the App to: (a) violate any laws; (b) infringe upon the rights of others; (c) distribute spam or malicious content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data; (e) reverse engineer or modify the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
