Local Storage: Your contract analysis history is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly share it with us.

AI Analysis: When you use the Pro AI analysis feature, contract text is sent securely to our AI processing service. The text is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers after analysis is complete.

Feedback Data: Information submitted through Contact Support is transmitted securely and stored for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) to protect your data.

5. Third-Party Services

ContractShield uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store / StoreKit: For subscription management and payment processing. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• AI Analysis Service: For Pro-tier contract analysis. Text is processed in real-time and not retained.

We do not integrate with advertising networks or analytics services that track you across apps and websites.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of any communications from us
• Delete your account and all associated data by uninstalling the app
