Tap the "+" button on the Home screen. Enter the person's name, birthday, and any optional details like photo, relationship, interests, or notes. Tap Save.
Giftly sends three reminders for each birthday: 7 days before, 1 day before, and on the day at 9 AM. These repeat yearly. You can also tap "Call", "Message", or "Gift Ideas" directly from the notification.
Go to Settings → there's no direct import button in the current version, but you can add people manually. Contact import is available as a privacy-minimized feature that only accesses names, birthdays, and photos — no phone numbers or emails.
AI suggestions use Apple Intelligence, which runs entirely on your device. No account or setup is needed. The free tier includes 3 suggestions per month; the AI Add-on ($5.99 one-time) unlocks unlimited suggestions. Your data never leaves your device for AI suggestions.
Go to Settings → Upgrade → "Restore Purchases" button. This will restore any previously purchased Pro or AI Add-on on the same Apple ID.
Go to Settings → Export Backup. This creates a JSON file with all your people, gift ideas, and gift history. You can share it via the iOS share sheet. To restore, use Settings → Import Backup.
