Common Questions

• How do I enable location services? Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services, and make sure NavFocus is set to "While Using the App."
• How do I adjust reminder frequency? Open NavFocus, go to Settings, and use the Reminder Frequency slider to set your preferred interval.
• Why am I not receiving haptic feedback? Make sure Haptic Feedback is enabled in NavFocus Settings and that your device's system haptics are turned on.
• How does the transit stop alert work? Set the number of stops before your destination in Settings. The app will alert you with haptics and voice when you are approaching your stop.
• Does NavFocus work offline? NavFocus requires an internet connection for route calculation and search. Once a route is loaded, basic navigation continues with GPS.

Troubleshooting

• No GPS signal: Move to an open area with a clear view of the sky. Restart the app if the issue persists.
• Voice not working: Check that Voice Navigation is enabled in Settings and your device is not on silent mode.
• Route not found: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and try a different destination.
