By downloading and using NavFocus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NavFocus is an ADHD-optimized navigation application that provides turn-by-turn directions, repeated turn reminders, haptic feedback, voice guidance, and transit stop alerts. The App uses Apple's native MapKit framework for mapping and routing services.

3. Use of Location Services

The App requires access to your device's location services to provide navigation functionality. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke location access at any time through your device's Settings.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for obeying all traffic laws and regulations while using the App.
• The App is a navigation aid and should not replace your own judgment or attention to road conditions.
• You should not rely solely on the App for navigation in critical or emergency situations.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable local laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Navigation directions may be inaccurate or incomplete due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to road closures, construction, or map data errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NavFocus and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of NavFocus and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the App.
