1. Agreement
By downloading and using ParkPing ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ParkPing on your Apple devices in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
3. In-App Purchase
ParkPing offers a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase called "ParkPing PRO" for $3.99 USD:
- Product: ParkPing PRO (one-time purchase)
- Price: $3.99 USD (or local equivalent)
- Type: Non-consumable (buy once, use forever)
- Features: Unlimited timers, Live Activity, home screen widget, Apple Watch app, Find My Car, Siri integration, street sweeping alerts, photo memory, full history
- Family Sharing: Supported
- Restore: Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to restore PRO on a new device
This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charges.
4. Free Tier
The free tier of ParkPing includes:
- One active parking timer (up to 2 hours)
- Today's parking history
- Basic notifications (5-minute warning + expiry)
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not redistribute, sell, or lease the App
6. Disclaimer
ParkPing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The timer will be 100% accurate in all conditions
- Notifications will always be delivered on time
- The App will function without errors
You are responsible for monitoring your own parking time and complying with local parking regulations. ParkPing is a helpful tool, not a substitute for your own judgment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to parking tickets, vehicle towing, or any other damages.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle data. (Spoiler: We don't collect any.)
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
