Tap the Invoices tab → tap the "+" button in the top right → enter client name, line items, and amount → tap "Preview PDF" to review → tap "Save invoice". Most users complete this in under 60 seconds.
Tap the camera button in the center of the tab bar. Choose a receipt photo from your library. SnapLedger uses Apple's Vision framework to recognize text and auto-extract the vendor name, amount, date, and suggested Schedule C category. You can edit any field before saving.

OCR scanning, Schedule C export, and 8 additional PDF templates require a Pro upgrade.
Go to Reports → Tax Center → select the tax year → tap "Export Schedule C". You'll get an IRS-format PDF with all 22 expense lines filled in, ready to share with your accountant.
SnapLedger offers four upgrade options: Pro One-Time ($9.99), Pro+ Monthly ($2.99/mo), Pro+ Yearly ($19.99/yr), and Pro+ Lifetime ($49.99).
If you purchased a Pro+ subscription (monthly or yearly), you can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
If you reinstall SnapLedger or switch devices, go to Settings → Restore Purchases to regain access to your Pro features.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple:
Apple reviews all refund requests individually. SnapLedger cannot issue refunds directly.
SnapLedger is 100% local-first. Your financial data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync (which uses end-to-end encryption). We do not collect, sell, or share any personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
