The rules of the road for WiBeam.

Welcome to WiBeam. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WiBeam iOS application ("App") provided by WiBeam ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on iOS devices that you own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or resell the App.
The App offers the following in-app purchases through Apple's App Store:
Auto-Renewal. The Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified at the time of purchase confirmation.
Free Trial. First-time Monthly subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Any unused portion of the free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged; you retain Pro access until the end of the trial period.
Manage or Cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.
Lifetime Purchase. The WiBeam Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable transaction. It unlocks all Pro features permanently on the Apple ID used to purchase it. Lifetime purchases are not refundable except where required by Apple's App Store refund policy.
Refunds. All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple Support at support.apple.com/billing — WiBeam cannot issue refunds directly.
Pricing Changes. We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. Any price change will be communicated in advance via App Store notification. Existing subscriptions renew at the price you originally agreed to until you cancel or the subscription ends.
Pro features (unlimited networks, iCloud sync, widgets, custom QR colors, biometric lock, timed access, print poster, batch share) unlock immediately upon successful purchase of any Pro tier. If you cancel a subscription, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period, after which the App reverts to free-tier functionality (3 networks max, no Pro features).
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You are solely responsible for the WiFi network information you choose to store or share through the App. You retain all ownership of your data. We do not access, collect, or store your WiFi network information on any server — all data stays on your device (and your private iCloud account, if you enable iCloud Sync).
Our handling of any information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App, including its design, code, icons, and visual elements, is the intellectual property of WiBeam and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
You use the App at your own risk. You are responsible for verifying that shared QR codes connect to the intended network.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall WiBeam be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
The App relies on Apple frameworks (StoreKit, CloudKit, LocalAuthentication, WidgetKit) and may interact with third-party devices (other phones, printers) when you choose to share a QR code. We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or privacy practices of these third-party devices or services.
These Terms are subject to and incorporate by reference Apple's Apple Developer End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall control with respect to App Store purchases and Apple ID account matters.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete the App and all related data from your devices. Pro subscriptions remain subject to Apple's cancellation and refund policies.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL. We will notify users of material changes via the App Store update notes or in-App notification. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over your place of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
